Have you ever wondered that your antivirus is working properly or not ? So, today I'll show you the quickest way to test your anti-virus.This way is called EICAR test.
This process can be used by companies, peoples or by anyone without risking to face the real
viruses which can damage your system to test their Antivirus is properly working or not.


So, here are the simple steps just follow them to test your antivirus:

1.) Open Notepad and paste the code given below and save it as "new text document.txt"

2.) Now rename the txt file to "test.com"

3.) Now run the antivirus scan to this file.

If your anti-virus is working properly, your anti-virus will show you a pop-up message telling you to delete the file immidiately. If it is not showing an error message or your file is not deleted by antivirus then your antivirus is not working.

NOTE: Most antivirus show the waring message or delete the file in the first step itself. This method will not damage your system and this is the safest way to test your Antivirus.
